Ottawa / Week 1

We have now been living in Ottawa for over a week and I think I'm getting into the swing of living downtown in a big city. Our location is amazing. We're literally down the street from Parliament Hill and conveniently close to shops, pubs, and work offices.

Last week was filled with orientation sessions and tours of important places. Having been through Rideau Hall, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Parliament buildings, I'm feeling patriotic and proud of my nation. Canada is a pretty cool place!

This week classes are starting and so are our internships. My first day went well, but I can tell that this semester is going to be a heavy one so my posts may become sparse.
