Update / October

October started beautifully with a light homework load and visit from Taylor. He was only able to come for the weekend so time flew. We biked around the city, visiting Rideau Hall, Byward Market, and the Parliament buildings. For Thanksgiving we got two turkey dinners. One was a home cooked meal at the Kerr's home and the other was a group potluck at the mansion.

The next weekend Whitney came out to visit and we went on a group hike at Gatineau Park. Ontario is famous for its fall season for a reason. The forest was on fire with autumn colours. It was spectacular!

Now the homework has been piled back on and we're all bunkering down to write our philosophy of political ethics papers, closely followed by a Canadian leadership research paper and a two week intensive Public Policy & Culture class. It's going to be a long November.
