Wilderness / Lighthouse Park
This past weekend's wilderness adventure was to Lighthouse Park on the North Shore. With a late start and a few small delays, we were sure we'd run out of light before we even found the place. Luckily that was not the case, in fact the light couldn't have been more perfect. We explored the old Douglas Fir forest and rugged shore as golden hour descended, then scouted out the perfect cliff to watch the sun set over the Gulf Islands. It was a pretty magical moment.
Thank you to Kirk for the idea, Natalie for taking a turn with my camera, and Braden for his patience with a map.
