The Cabin

My family has been going to our cabin on Galiano Island for as long as I can remember. It's on a hill overlooking a private beach and ocean cove. When I was little I would climb all over the rocks pretending I was from Swallows and Amazons and that the little island in the middle of the cove was Wild Cat Island. Now I spend the majority of my time reading and watching the waves. It's the most peaceful place on Earth.
