Canyon Falls

This weekend one of my high school besties got married in Vernon. Braden was kind enough to not only accompany me to the wedding, but to also drive the entire way. We stayed at Madalen and Casey's new apartment in Kelowna and took a hike with them Saturday morning before the wedding. 

A desert trail, ladder, and rope system led us to the picturesque Canyon Falls.

After the hike, we took a dip in the lake and attempted to soak up the last of the summer sunshine on the beach. Then it was off to Turtle Mountain vineyard in Vernon for the wedding, which was absolutely gorgeous with spectacular views of the Vernon valley.
